All EDC shuttle passes are nonrefundable. Our shuttles fill up fast each year, and we work hard to provide a premium, organized party bus experience. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.
2. Weather, Traffic & Travel Delays
The party goes on — rain or shine! All shuttles will run as scheduled, even in unexpected weather or festival delays. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather, traffic, ride-share delays, or other unforeseen issues. We recommend planning ahead so your festival experience is seamless.
3. Shuttle Pass Transfers
Can’t make it to EDC? No problem! Since shuttle passes are nonrefundable, you can transfer your pass to someone else.
To transfer your pass:

Include your full name, phone number, email address, and number of passes to transfer
Provide the new passenger’s full details
